I have over 15 years of experience in research, data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence. I have worked in a variety of industries, including physical grocery stores, theme parks, online retailers, and FinTech. My focus is on the safe and responsible use of AI, which includes accounting for and mitigating any limitations as much as possible. Some of my past successes include developing one of the best credit scores in Southeast Asia and creating fully automated pipelines that allowed a small team to control the end-to-end cycle of tens of huge models. My current focus is on generative AI and the proper design and deployment of these systems, with a particular emphasis on known issues such as hallucinations and security

Her focus is to inspire customers to reach their potential by accelerating their digital transformation through the power of Google Cloud. Ms. Fang has more than 22 years of experience in pre-sales/sales, management consulting, product management, operations, and R&D. She has assumed several leadership roles in Citrix, KPMG, CA Technologies, Ericsson, and Nortel. Min holds an MBA and a Masters in Computer Science. Ms. Fang is native to Beijing. She has lived and worked in the USA for 16 years before relocating to Singapore in 2013 and taking up Singaporean citizenship in 2018.
