Shanti is the Head of Analytics & Market Intelligence for Global Procurement at Abbott Healthcare. He has over 14 years of experience in Corporate Strategy, Management Consulting, Sourcing & Procurement and Project Management

His earlier roles comprise a unique combination of grassroots level experience in a prestigious greenfield steel project at JSW Steel, of which he has a patent filed during this time for an innovation as well as in Consulting several global clients across industries.

He has also contributed as a Speaker and on various panel discussions at Procurement as well as Analytics Leadership summits and in some top Indian B Schools. He is on the Gartner’s Data & Analytics Advisory panel in India.
